Mission
Greeters welcome parishioners and visitors to Mass. On special occasions, greeters may be asked to provide additional service, such as passing out palms to people as they enter the church on Palm Sunday.

Requirements
All parishioners, no matter their age, are encouraged to become greeters.

Skills Needed
Greeters need a friendly smile and attitude!

Training
No training is required. Two people (or families) are scheduled for each Mass. One group is stationed at each entrance in the church gathering area. Greeter name tags are provided in the ushers room.

Scheduling
Greeters can be scheduled at particular Mass times, provided that they notify the Greeter Coordinator of their Mass preferences. Otherwise, they will be scheduled as needed.

Time Commitment
Greeters should arrive 20-25 minutes before Mass. Greeters are scheduled approximately once every 6-8 weeks.
