Mission
Ushers assist with seating when needed. They take up the weekly collection during Mass, give guidance for orderly procession to Communion, distribute the weekly bulletin, and help in other ways as needed.

Skills Needed
Ushering is a hospitality ministry and so a pleasant personality and disposition are a must. Male and female volunteers are welcome.

Training
On the job training is provided. Additional training as a group is provided from time to time as needed.

Time Commitment
Ushers arrive about 15 minutes before Mass, and stay about 10 minutes after Mass. Frequency of assignments depends on the number of volunteers at the various Mass times.
