St. Francis Borgia Annual Parish Festival

at Firemen's Park in Cedarburg

auction The Silent Auction will be open from 4 - 8 p.m., with staggered table closings at 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00 p.m. There will be something for everyone!

It’s Great to Donate – No Gift Is Too Large or Too Small
The Silent Auction needs donations. We welcome a wide range of items, including:

Gift certificates
Tickets to the theater, concerts, museums, sporting events, amusement parks, motels, etc.
A week/weekend getaway to a cabin/time share
Theme baskets with baby items, children’s games/books, gardening tools, food, movies, kitchen items, etc.
Electronics: I-pods, video game systems, computers, cameras, DVDs
Host a party: pool, fishing/hunting, card, golf outing, wine tasting
Donate a service: babysitting, house cleaning, yard work, music lesson/tutoring
Art work

We’re also happy to accept cash donations, which we’ll use to purchase additional items.

We're looking for Silent Auction volunteers before, during, and after the event to help in the following ways:

Organize the donated items.
Prepare a sign-up sheet for each item.
Set up the silent auction tables with items and sign-up sheets.
Oversee the results.
Follow up with winners.
