Archbishop Listecki Visits St. Francis Borgia Parish
April 10, 2010On Saturday, April 10, Milwaukee Archbishop Jerome Listecki visited St. Francis Borgia parish for the first time. He celebrated the 5 p.m. Mass, with Fr. Tom Eichenberger and Fr. Dan Janasik con-celebrating. The Mass was beautiful, with the youth choir, handbell choir, adult choir, and instrumentalists providing music and leading us in song. Prayer responses by the congregation were energetic and faith-filled. A reception was held after Mass in the church hall, and many parishioners welcomed our new archbishop, chatting with him, sometimes posing for pictures, and then enjoying an abundant buffet.
