Divorce Care for Kids

DivorceCare for Kids (DC4K) offers help, hope and healing for children who are hurting because of divorce or separation. This 13-week interactive, video-based program includes: meaningful activities, Scripture, songs, Bible stories, games, discussions, crafts and snacks. The sessions are a safe, fun place where children will learn to look to God for comfort, understand their feelings, develop coping skills and much more.

Each week, parents will receive a page describing what the children learned and offering ideas to strengthen family relationships.

This free, non-denominational program is offered in the library at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, W67N622 Evergreen Blvd. in Cedarburg. The next session will begin on Thursday, Jan. 5 and run through Mar. 30. Students may join the program at any time. There are two meeting times: 2:45 to 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Please call First Immanuel at 262-377-6610 if you have questions or would like to register your child(ren).
