With the arrival of cold weather, the MacCanon Brown Homeless Sanctuary has more requests for winter coats than they have coats. If you have an unused coat in your closet, would you consider donating? Men’s, women’s and children’s coats of all sizes are needed.
Place your donations in the Inner City collection drop site (small shed) on the east side of the North Church campus. (Please don’t leave them in the church gathering space!) Put a note on the coat or mark the bag it is in with “MBHS” so that it goes to that shelter.
In addition to coats, any type of winter apparel would be helpful. The items in the drop site are distributed to the House of Peace and Repairers of the Breach, as well as MBHS.
