The 10th Annual Turkey Trot will take place on Thursday, Nov. 22 following the Thanksgiving Day Mass.
Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at the North Church. The Turkey Trot will start at 10 a.m. from the Education & Activity Center. As always, we will have coffee, hot chocolate and Thanksgiving treats in the school gym following the Trot.
Online registration is open. The registration deadline to guarantee a Turkey Trot shirt is noon on Friday, Nov. 16.
Remember, you do not need to be a runner to participate in the Turkey Trot! The walking route is approximately 1.8 miles and is enjoyed by many families wishing to take a refreshing stroll before their Thanksgiving feast.
Packet Pick Up: Participants can pick up their shirt and bib number on Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 5-8 p.m. at St. Francis Borgia School, 1425 Covered Bridge Road, Cedarburg (about 1/3 mile north of 5-corners). Packets will also be available for pick up from 8-9:30 a.m. on race day (Thursday, Nov. 22).
Woof! or Meow! The Turkey Trot is pet friendly. All pets must be on a leash and owners must bring waste bags. There will have an even bigger and better heated outdoor pet tent because pets are not allowed in the gym. *Sorry, but pets will not be chip timed, they have four legs which gives them a huge advantage.
