This monthly event that rotates to different parishes around the Archdiocese will be held at St. Francis Borgia’s South Church (N44 W6055 Hamilton Rd.) on Friday, Aug. 2.

Confessions will be heard from 7-8 p.m. The Vigil Opening Mass begins at 8 p.m. and will be followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament all evening. Also included in this special time are talks on the vigil theme, rosary and other devotionals. The Vigil is open to the public. Come spend an hour or more or stay all night.

The All Night Vigils began in September 1965 to answer Our Lady’s call at Fatima – to pray and do penance for world peace and for the conversion of sinners. The Vigil concludes with Mass at 5 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3.
