About St. Francis Borgia School
St. Francis Borgia Catholic school is an educational ministry of St. Francis Borgia Parish and is dedicated to teaching as Jesus taught. The school is committed to creating a learning environment that fosters spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth for each student by nurturing the whole child. Through a rigorous academic curriculum, we will teach our students to appreciate the value of education, the importance of living out the Gospel, and how to prepare themselves for their future.
Two of Many Reasons to Attend St. Francis Borgia Catholic School
Preschool Days Are Full of Fun!
Our Early Childhood Program includes 3K through Kindergarten. Through play-based-learning, children learn to make sense of the world around them, they develop social and cognitive skills, mature emotionally, and gain the self-confidence required to engage in new experiences. Young children benefit from having a classroom with clearly defined, well-equipped learning centers that are arranged to promote independence, foster decision making, and encourage involvement. Participation in centers is how children learn their basic readiness skills for all of the academic areas. They are playing and learning at the same time!
Growing in Our Faith
Spirituality is vital to our school community. Our religion curriculum provides classroom instruction along with weekly and holy day liturgies planned jointly by faculty and students. Fr. Patrick Burns, the pastor at St. Francis Borgia, also provides weekly instruction through classroom visits. Choir and cantor opportunities are also available to students during the all-school Friday Masses. Religion is in-fused daily in all we do.
