Christian Women’s Circle Pot Luck

All women of the parish are invited to attend our May 17, 2022 pot luck dinner! This will be in place of our usual meeting, which usually is held on the third Tuesday of every month at 6 p.m., in the South Church Hall. The main dish will be provided and attendees will bring a side dish or dessert. We will be celebrating all we have accomplished since September of 2021.

In short order, we managed to bring back the Christmas bake sale which served as the only fundraiser for our legacy group. Our Funeral Ministry continues to provide hospitality following funeral Masses. Other outreach activities include involvement with the Carmelite Ministry of St. Teresa home, the River West Food Pantry, the Cathedral Center and a parish Rosary Ministry. We have joined the Milwaukee Archdiocese Council of Catholic Women which connects us to outreach activities such as the “Box of Joy” and many other programs. As part of our spiritual formation, we will host a discussion group in the fall, based on the book “The Feminine Genius”.
