First Reconciliation
First Reconciliation is ordinarily in Grade 2. Preparation includes catechesis in the Christian Formation program or at St. Francis Borgia School, a parent meeting, a Reconciliation “review” and completion of the “Signs of Grace” workbook at home.
First Holy Communion
First Eucharist is ordinarily celebrated in Grade 2. Preparation includes catechesis in the Christian Formation program or at St. Francis Borgia School, a parent meeting, a First Holy Communion Retreat and completion of the “Signs of Grace” workbook at home. Second graders are invited to lead May Crowning and the Corpus Christi procession.
Sacrament Preparation for Children ages 7-10
If your child is not baptized or is older than 2nd grade and would like to prepare for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, please contact the Child Formation team.
