Thanks to all who donated at our “Coats for Kids” drive Nov. 17-18. Your donations totaled nearly $3,000, enabling us to buy 132 brand-new winter coats for refugee children served by Catholic Charities and St. Michael’s Parish in Milwaukee! Many of these kids are from warm weather climates and are not used to Wisconsin winters. Through your generosity we were able to give these families a warm welcome to America.
The coats were purchased through the Knights of Columbus “Coats for Kids” program, which provides thousands of warm coats to needy children across the country every year. God bless you!
