New and like-new toy collection – Nov. 4-12

Again this year we will be collecting “new” and “like new” toys as part of our parish outreach. The collection will begin on Saturday, Nov. 4 and continue through Sunday, Nov. 12. “Like new” toys must be in good working order, not missing any parts and not damaged in any way.

Please place unwrapped items in the brown containers in the gathering area of the church. The church is also open during the week. Enter through the east door near the choir loft.

Since there is a growing need in Ozaukee County, toys will be distributed through St. Vincent de Paul.

Additionally, our Inner City Ministry continues to collect men’s, women’s and children’s clothing items. These items are distributed to House of Peace, Repairers of the Breach and the MacCanon Brown Homeless Sanctuary.

There is a small shed on the east side of the North Church parking lot where these items may be dropped off. This location is available 24/7. We ask that the items be sorted by men’s, women’s or children’s and the bags marked accordingly. This helps the wonderful people at the shelters with distribution. Thank you for your help!

If you have questions about either of these collections, please contact the parish office.
