Changes in pandemic protocols enable us to again allow use of parish facilities for meetings and events.
If you wish to reserve space for a parish committee or ministry meeting or a parish event, you will need to use our online Event Request Form to reserve your date(s) and space(s).
Please be aware, though, that there are remaining pandemic protocols in place and you will need to adhere to those. You will be notified of the restrictions for your meeting/event when we confirm your date/time.

If you wish to calendar something in the remainder of this fiscal year (through June 30, 2021), please fill out the form at your earliest opportunity. The office will respond to your request no later than 3 business days after it is submitted.
If your request is for the period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, we ask that you also submit your request at the earliest opportunity. We will, however, not begin calendaring those requests until dates for liturgical events and Christian Formation/SFB School classes and events have been entered.
For any July requests, you will hear back no later than two weeks prior to your meeting/event.
