St. Francis Borgia Novena

October 2-October 10

Please join us in praying a short novena to St. Francis Borgia leading up to his feast day. A novena is a prayer said for 9 consecutive days for a particular intention, often through the intercession of a saint. This novena was written by our staff specifically for our parish. The novena will begin on Wednesday, October 2 and end on Thursday, October 10 (the feast day). The novena can be found below. You may offer the novena for an outpouring of grace for our parish or for your own private intentions.

Dear Lord,

You have given us St Francis Borgia as an intercessor and guide. Help us to follow his example of humility, service, and openness to your call. Help us, the people of Cedarburg, to discern your will and humbly follow it as Francis Borgia did.

St. Francis, you knew the great value of humility. You knew that it was only through the softening of our hearts that we might attain heaven.
Please pray for all of the members of our parish and the whole of Cedarburg. Please pray for us as we work to know Christ and to make Christ known.
Please especially pray for *state your intention here.*

St. Francis Borgia, pray for us!
