“Ki Kati,” hello in Luganda
The SFB Twinning Committee is happy to announce that we will be returning to our sister parish, St. Paul’s in Mukono, Uganda in Africa, from Aug. 3-13. We will be visiting many families, along with schools and other sites. Among the stops will be St. Francis Borgia High School, built with the generous donations of our parishioners and named in our honor. Current enrollment is 600 students, which is up 200 children from two years ago!
To help continue SFB’s support of our twinning parish and its many ministries, please stop by the table in the gathering space after Masses the weekend of July 15-16 or July 22-23 to donate. The funds will be used to purchase school supplies, as well as assist with tuition, computers and buildings for our Ugandan friends.
And please stop by the gathering area after Masses July 15-16 and July 22-23 for an opportunity to send video greetings to our twinning parish!
We thank you in advance for your love, support, generosity and prayers.
“Weebale,” thank you in Luganda
