The Port Washington St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store is seeking an experienced full-time manager to oversee their sales and operations.
Key responsibilities include: day-to-day store operations, hire and train staff, recruit and train volunteers, manage facility finances, oversee building maintenance, evaluate staff, integrate computer technology, implement the POS system, drive to achieve store target sales and communicate with staff and customers in a fair and friendly manner.
Qualifications: preferred degree in merchandising, marketing or business, 2 -3 years of experience in a responsible management position (retail preferred), experience in current management philosophy and team building, and unquestionable personal integrity.
