Holy Thursday and Good Friday 2022

The Easter Triduum was celebrated at the North Church on Holy Saturday, April 16. Mass began at dusk with lighting of the Easter Candle on the plaza of the North Church followed by a procession into Church to celebrate the rising of our Lord Jesus Christ. A beautiful welcome celebration was held for those being baptized, receiving their First Communion, Confirmation and being welcomed into the Church. A light reception was held following Masses for those in the RCIA program.

Celebrating Fr. Michael Malucha

May 30, 2021Fr. Michael Malucha, a newly-ordained priest, celebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving at St. Francis Borgia at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 30. Our pastor Fr. Patrick Burns and former pastor Fr. Tom Eichenberger concelebrated. Parishioners have come to know Fr. Michael, because he participated in Masses here during his time in the seminary. Many joined in congratulating him at a reception immediately following Mass.

Blessing of Pets 2021

The annual blessing of pets took place Sunday afternoon, Oct. 3, on the plaza at the North Church. This event helped us celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Fr. Patrick Burns provided the blessing; he was assisted by seminarian Kevin Tanel.
