On Easter Sunday morning, three Masses were celebrated at the North Church and one at the South Church. Parishioners were greeted in a beautiful setting, with the altar and sanctuary adorned by bountiful hydrangeas, Easter lilies and a variety of spring flowers. We welcomed back the ALLELUIA, renewed our baptismal promises and were sprinkled with baptismal water. These photos are from the 7:30 a.m. Mass at the North Church, with Fr. Patrick Burns presiding.

The annual blessing of pets took place Sunday afternoon, Oct. 3, on the plaza at the North Church. This event helped us celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Fr. Patrick Burns provided the blessing; he was assisted by seminarian Kevin Tanel.

On Thursday, May 9, Archbishop Jerome Listecki confirmed 54 of our high school juniors. It was a wonderful evening of celebration. Our pastor, Fr. Patrick Burns, concelebrated the Mass. Those confirmed received the empowerment, grace or gift of the Holy Spirit. The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are: wisdom, understanding, knowledge, counsel, fortitude, piety and fear of the Lord. May the gifts the candidates received in Confirmation be with them as they become adults.
