Seminarian Sendoff Dinner 2021 May 10, 2021On Monday, May 10, the San Salvador Council Knights of Columbus hosted a Seminarian Send-off Dinner at the South Church for Deacons Michael Malucha and Tim Schumaker. Both will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, May 15. The Council “adopted” Michael and Tim several years ago, providing scholarships and moral support during their seminary formation. Both men have ties to our parish: St. Francis Borgia was Michael’s “teaching parish” the past few years; Tim is a member of our parish’s San Salvador Council KCs, and his parents attend Mass here. 2022 Christmas Vigil 2022 Rorate Caeli Candlelight Mass 2022 All Saints Day 2022 Fr. John Burns, led parishioners in a Eucharistic Procession at the end of the 10 a.m. Mass. Many participated on this beautiful day, following Fr. Patrick with the monstrance from the church across and around our parish grounds. They paused to kneel and pray in a grassy area along Hwy NN. The procession continued back into the church where the Eucharist was then reposed. Having a Eucharistic Procession is a beautiful tradition of the Catholic Church, which deepens our devotion to the Eucharist and is a public witness to our faith in the Real Presence. Christopher West 2017 Feb. 23, 2017On Thursday, Feb. 23, St. Francis Borgia Parish hosted Christopher West for a presentation on “God, Sex and the Meaning of Life.” Christopher is an internationally-known expert on John Paul II's Theology of the Body. He had an important message for all on the beauty of human sexuality and the wisdom of the Church's teachings on love and marriage. Joining Christopher was SFB parishioner Mike Mangione, a nationally touring musician and podcast host, who added wonderful music to the evening’s activities. This presentation for adults and young adults was held at the Education & Activity Center. The event was sponsored by SFB, the SFB Respect Life Committee and the Knights of Columbus San Salvador Council of Cedarburg-Grafton. 2019 Uganda Visitors 2019 175th Anniversary Brunch and History Gallery Parish 175th Anniversary Mass with the Archbishop Pet Blessing 2019 Parish Mission Fish Fry and Bingo 2019 Dedication of Infants’ Memorial Fr.
