Photos of Parish Life International Exhibit of Eucharistic Miracles 2023 The International Exhibit of Eucharistic Miracles was held at St. Francis Borgia North Church Hall the weekend of February 18-19 and was sponsored by the Knights of Columbus. This exhibit displayed boards with miracles of over 100 Church-documented miracles where Hosts have turned into visible flesh and blood. These signs have been thoroughly investigated and found to be miraculous. The Knights of Columbus raised over $500 for the Real Presence Association (caretakers of the exhibit) to help them continue spreading their message. Christmas Vigil 2022 The South Church was filled with parishioners who celebrated Christmas Vigil with Fr. John Burns. Mass was held at 4 p.m. and was decorated with beautiful flowers and decorations made possible by Christmas donations from parishioners. 2022 Christmas Vigil 2022 Rorate Caeli Candlelight Mass 2022 All Saints Day 2022 Fr. The photos in this gallery were taken at the 10 a.m. Mass, which started outdoors at the entrance to our Marian Shrine, with the reading of the Gospel about Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. From there—palms in hand—parishioners processed into church for the blessing of the palms and Mass, including a reading of the Passion. May Crowning May 7, 2017One of the defining aspects of being Catholic is our devotion to Mary, the mother of God. May Crowning is the Catholic tradition of recognizing and celebrating Mary, our Heavenly Mother as the queen of heaven and earth. On May 7, recent First Communicants, their families and other parishioners gathered on the plaza after the 10 a.m. Mass at the North Church. From there, they processed with Fr. Patrick Burns to our Marian shrine (the Shrine to Mary, Mother of the Divine Word). The children wore their First Communion attire. One of the children placed a wreath of flowers on the head of the statue of Mary, other flowers were placed at the shrine in Mary’s honor. 2019 Uganda Visitors 2019 175th Anniversary Brunch and History Gallery Parish 175th Anniversary Mass with the Archbishop Pet Blessing 2019 Parish Mission Fish Fry and Bingo 2019 Dedication of Infants’ Memorial Fr.
