Photos of Parish Life Vocation Night 2023 Our Christian Formation classes held a special Vocation Night. The evening included skits, rosary making, and learning about different aspects of religious life. Members of various religious orders and seminarians came to share with the children about their vocation stories. Fr. Eds Requiem Mass The Mass of Chrsitian Burial for Fr. Ed. Wawrzyniakowski was held on August 11 at the North Church. Fr. Ed passed away at the age of 92 and was St. Francis Borgia's 27th pastor serving "27 years and 4 months", our longest serving pastor on August 2, 2022. The Easter Sunday Masses brought back joyful singing and many alleluias to celebrate that Jesus Christ is risen! Catholics everywhere were reminded of their baptismal faith in Christ, and all were sprinkled with new water from the font. These photos were taken at the 9 a.m. Mass at the North Church, with Fr. Patrick Burns presiding; and at the 10 a.m. Mass at the South Church, with Fr. Steven Avella presiding. 2020 Eucharistic Procession Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit Clergy and Leadership Appreciation Banquet 2020 Visit to Uganda 2017 August 3 – 13, 2017In August 2017, a team of nine parish “pilgrims” departed for a visit to our sister parish, St. Paul the Apostle Parish, in Mukono, Uganda. Their plan included visiting many families, along with schools and other sites. Among the stops was St. Francis Borgia High School, built with the generous donations of our parishioners and named in our honor. Enrollment had reached 600 students, which was up 200 children from two years prior.
