Both will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, May 15. The Council “adopted” Michael and Tim several years ago, providing scholarships and moral support during their seminary formation. Both men have ties to our parish: St. Francis Borgia was Michael’s “teaching parish” the past few years; Tim is a member of our parish’s San Salvador Council KCs, and his parents attend Mass here. 2021 All Saints Day Party 2021 Blessing of Pets 2021 International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima visits our parish Fr. Yamid Blanco June 15, 2014After the June 14-15 Masses, parishioners said farewell to Fr. Yamid Blanco, who was our associate pastor for the last two years. Fr. Yamid will be missed and will be remembered as a very caring priest who always gave hugs when greeting people after Mass. He will also be remembered for carrying every baby he baptized all through the church, and always smiling. Fr. Yamid’s new assignment is at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Burlington, WI, ministering to three parishes with large Anglo and Hispanic communities. Click to view gallery.
