John Burns, led parishioners in a Eucharistic Procession at the end of the 10 a.m. Mass. Many participated on this beautiful day, following Fr. Patrick with the monstrance from the church across and around our parish grounds. They paused to kneel and pray in a grassy area along Hwy NN. The procession continued back into the church where the Eucharist was then reposed. Having a Eucharistic Procession is a beautiful tradition of the Catholic Church, which deepens our devotion to the Eucharist and is a public witness to our faith in the Real Presence. 2020 Eucharistic Procession Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit Clergy and Leadership Appreciation Banquet 2020 Adios and “Chao Chao” to Fr. Yamid Blanco June 15, 2014After the June 14-15 Masses, parishioners said farewell to Fr. Yamid Blanco, who was our associate pastor for the last two years. Fr. Yamid will be missed and will be remembered as a very caring priest who always gave hugs when greeting people after Mass. He will also be remembered for carrying every baby he baptized all through the church, and always smiling. Fr. Yamid’s new assignment is at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Burlington, WI, ministering to three parishes with large Anglo and Hispanic communities. Click to view gallery.
