Photos of Parish Life Fr. Eds Requiem Mass The Mass of Chrsitian Burial for Fr. Ed. Wawrzyniakowski was held on August 11 at the North Church. Fr. Ed passed away at the age of 92 and was St. Francis Borgia's 27th pastor serving "27 years and 4 months", our longest serving pastor on August 2, 2022. Archbishop Listecki presided with about 150 in attendance, followed by a burial at St. Francis Borgia cemetery. Corpus Christi Procession 2022 Corpus Christi Mass was held on Sunday, June 19 at the South Church with the Eucharistic Procession following Mass. The photos in this gallery were taken at the 10 a.m. Mass, which started outdoors at the entrance to our Marian Shrine, with the reading of the Gospel about Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem. From there—palms in hand—parishioners processed into church for the blessing of the palms and Mass, including a reading of the Passion. Farewell Receptions for Lana Schumacher April 29-30, 2017Receptions were held after the 4:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Masses April 29-30 to honor Lana Schumacher, our Director of Liturgical Music, for her 36+ years of service to our parish. Parishioners stopped down in the church hall to personally express their appreciation and wish her well in her retirement. Afterwards, as part of a thank-you, Lana wrote: “It has been an honor and privilege to serve this parish the past 36 years and to witness the growth of singing within the liturgies that has developed over the years.” View more photos from previous years
