Photos of Parish Life Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday 2022 The Easter Triduum was celebrated at the North Church on Holy Saturday, April 16. Mass began at dusk with lighting of the Easter Candle on the plaza of the North Church followed by a procession into Church to celebrate the rising of our Lord Jesus Christ. A beautiful welcome celebration was held for those being baptized, receiving their First Communion, Confirmation and being welcomed into the Church. A light reception was held following Masses for those in the RCIA program. May Crowning 2022 May Crowning Mass was celebrated by Fr. John Burns on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the North Church. Children who recently made their First Holy Communion were invited to process to the Marian Shrine following Mass and lay roses by Mary. Blessing of Pets 2021 October 3, 2021The annual blessing of pets took place Sunday afternoon, Oct. 3, on the plaza at the North Church. This event helped us celebrate the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Fr. Parishioners stopped down in the church hall to personally express their appreciation and wish her well in her retirement. Afterwards, as part of a thank-you, Lana wrote: “It has been an honor and privilege to serve this parish the past 36 years and to witness the growth of singing within the liturgies that has developed over the years.” View more photos from previous years
