Photos of Parish Life Clergy Night 2023 Our annual Clergy Dinner was held on February 7,2023 at the River Club in Mequon. This dinner honored the pastors, helping priests, deacons and seminarians of St. Francis Borgia and St. Joseph Parish in Grafton: Fr. Patrick Burns, Fr. Matthew Ferch, Fr. Nick Baumgardner, Fr, Tom Eichenberger, Deacon Kevin Tanel, Deacon Al Lazaga, Deacon Scott Wiese and seminarians Brady Gagne and Peter Danner. Tom Pipines, retired Fox 6 sportscaster was the featured speaker, sharing stories of faith and the intersection with the sports community. Over 150 attended this event, a 50% increase over last year. Donations totaled $9,200 took the form of scholarships for our four seminarians and cash contributions to the schools in these two parishes covered by our Knights of Columbus San Salvador Council. Fr. Eds Requiem Mass The Mass of Chrsitian Burial for Fr. Ed. Wawrzyniakowski was held on August 11 at the North Church. Fr. Ed passed away at the age of 92 and was St. Francis Borgia's 27th pastor serving "27 years and 4 months", our longest serving pastor on August 2, 2022. Archbishop Listecki presided with about 150 in attendance, followed by a burial at St. Francis Borgia cemetery. Confirmation 2021 April 18, 2021Confirmation 2021 at St. Francis Borgia was held Sunday, April 18, with Bishop James Schuerman presiding. Fr. Patrick Burns concelebrated and Deacon Michael Malucha assisted. Fifty-one young Catholics from our parish were confirmed at this Mass. Shane Johnson celebrates Mass on Divine Mercy Sunday Good Friday 2021 "Encountering God as Men" Series 2020 Eucharistic Procession Eucharistic Miracles Exhibit Clergy and Leadership Appreciation Banquet 2020 First Holy Communion 2017 April 2017This year, 80 boys and girls from St. Francis Borgia received their First Holy Communion (First Eucharist). As in past years, the First Communions were celebrated at multiple Masses, with some children at Masses on April 22-23, and some on the weekend of April 29-30.
