Photos of Parish Life Good Friday 2023 Good Friday Mass began with the conclusion of Adoration. Over 500 attended this Mass at 3 p.m. at the North Church. The veneration of the cross was presented, many bowed, touched, kissed or genuflected at the cross. The Passion of Christ was read during Mass and was concluded in an optional silence veneration of the cross. Fr. Matthew Welcome Weekend St. Francis Borgia both celebrated and welcomed our new associate pastor, Fr. Matthew Ferch the weekend of June 25-26, 2022. Following all Masses everyone was invited for hospitality in the North Church Hall for fellowship and to meet Fr. Matthew. Please pray for Fr. Matthew and our parish! All Saints Day Party 2021 November 3, 2021On Wednesday, Nov. 3, children from St. Francis Borgia's St. Bonaventure Choir and Christian Formation program celebrated All Saints' Day with a heavenly party. Children played saint-themed games and met "saints alive" who shared about their lives. A saint costume contest produced some very holy guests. The children prepared for the event by learning about a saint of their choice and completing a saint project, which was entered in a contest. Thank you to everyone who made this party possible. All you holy saints and angels, pray for us. 2021 All Saints Day Party 2021 Blessing of Pets 2021 International Pilgrim Virgin Statue of Fatima visits our parish Fr. May Crowning is the Catholic tradition of recognizing and celebrating Mary, our Heavenly Mother as the queen of heaven and earth. On May 7, recent First Communicants, their families and other parishioners gathered on the plaza after the 10 a.m. Mass at the North Church. From there, they processed with Fr. Patrick Burns to our Marian shrine (the Shrine to Mary, Mother of the Divine Word). The children wore their First Communion attire. One of the children placed a wreath of flowers on the head of the statue of Mary, other flowers were placed at the shrine in Mary’s honor. View more photos from previous years
