As you may remember, I was appointed parish administrator in June of 2017. A parish administrator has most of the rights and responsibilities of a pastor excluding a defined term. The role itself is a temporary one utilized for a parish in the absence of a pastor, but also used by the Archbishop as a trial period for potential pastors.
The Archbishop has now named me pastor of St. Francis Borgia. My six year term, with the possibility of being renewed, began Saturday, Dec. 1. Please pray that I am given the grace carry out the work entrusted to me. Please especially pray for my growth in holiness.
