Administrative Assistant- Vicar for Clergy Office

There is an opening at the archdiocesan offices for an administrative assistant to provide administrative assistance to the Vicar for Clergy and the work of the office, serve as a resource for Clergy staff and related offices, manage programs associated with the Office, manage financial activities, and provide assistance to the Council of Priests.

Qualifications: minimum of 5 years of appropriate and progressive administrative experience required; experience with working with confidential information and records required; knowledge of Roman Catholic Church, archdiocesan structures, policies and practices required; strong technology skills including database management; and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
