For the St. Paul patron day celebration, the pilgrims were dressed by members of the Women’s Guild in Ugandan clothing, and all enjoyed entertainment. The bishop danced for the crowd. There were three weddings and about 300 confirmations. Mass was 4 1/2 hours long, and the celebration was all day.
