St. Joseph and St. Francis Borgia parishes will collaborate for another American Red Cross blood drive on Thursday, Feb. 1 from 1-6:30 p.m. in the church hall at SFB North.
Registration is now open. Visit RedCrossBlood.org and type in “53012” in the blue “Give Blood” box in the upper right hand corner to access the online signup. Not a computer person? Please call the Red Cross at 1-800-RED CROSS for assistance. The earlier you register, the better the chance you’ll get the appointment time that works for your schedule. Walk-ins are always welcome, but those with scheduled appointments have priority.
It feels great to donate – plus you get free juice and delicious treats! Most healthy people have blood to spare. Yet, there is still not enough to go around. You can help ensure blood is available this winter when demand is often high and supply can be low. You will be someone’s hero – in fact, you could help save more than one life with just one donation.
